Suggest Treatment For Intracranial Hypertension

Hi,
I have Intracranial Hypertension (Too much fluid causing pressure on my brain)
I have an LP Shunt to control the fluid, which isn't working great but is a little. My question is I seem to have very strange circulation and I've recently been getting problems with my fingers, where (in a room of normal temperature) the tops of them are really cold, and then they get warmer as you go down, then colder and then my hands are warmer??
What could this be? Thank you x
