Suggest Treatment For Intracranial Pressure

i am suffering from benign intracranial hypertension since 2yrs in these 2yrs i underwent 5 lumbar punctures and was using diamox uptil sep'09.And then doctor prescribed me Topamac[topiramate] and things were in control there was no papilledema. But now i am having severe headaches and sumtimes giddiness also. Along wid topamac doctor has suggested tryptomer also. Is it advisable and will there be any reaction or sideeffect if taken together. I would also like to know how will i know if i am totally cured of my disease.
