Suggest Treatment For Involuntary Rhythmic Movements While Focusing On A Task

Hi, my mother has been swaying her head back and forth (rhythmically) while focused on other activities (for example, watching tv). It does not appear to be a tremor, but more of a rolling. She also flexes both of her feet (usually at the same time) in the same scenario. She does not realize she is doing this until it is pointed out. I noticed this several years ago, but it has increased in frequency over the years. Now it appears she is also tightening and relaxing her face (almost as if squinting). She has had increased psychiatric issues that appear to accompany it (for example mood swings, dramatic behavior). My grandfather (her father) also had these kinds of movements, where his head would roll from side to side and he would roll his wrist in circular motions as well. I am very worried because my mother's involuntary movements are becoming so much worse. She does also seem to have some short term memory loss (tip of the tongue scenario). She is 55.
