Suggest Treatment For Itching,burning And Pain In Vagina

hi doctor,
A week ago I had a bit rough sex with my husband and after that, I am facing a burning sensation inside vagina and its becoming difficult for me to withstand it, cause of this i am unbale to urinate properly and leads to lots of pain and loss of fresh blood along with that,also theres a lot of itching and paing,if just you could help me with this, could you help me...write like giving me some suggestions for some creams name or medicine name,
