Suggest Treatment For Itchy Chlorine Spots On Stomach And Under Arm?

Hello. Im a college swimmer, and have chlorine spots on my stomach and underarm. Its not a fungus, but just an irritation of the skin due to being in chlorine for so long. What worries me is that i have recently developed a white area on my penis (below the glans on the shaft). I want to know if it is the same as what is on my stomach. Its not a syphilis cancre, seeing how it isn't risen at all off of the tissue, nor has it opened up. I am sexually active, so it makes me EXTREMELY worried.
