Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scalp

Hi Doctor, My son is 13 years old he is suffering from a scalp condition ,itchy scalp big flakes and of late bleeding.we tried treatments earlier scalpe shampoos and other applications but the condition nearly always comes back.I am extremely worried.He also suffers from excessive sweaty feet as well as frequent colds.A few minutes in the AC triggers nasal allergies.I am looking for a comprehensive cure for him and can attend any consultation in Cuttack.Please do get back. best wishes, Chiranjeet
