Suggest Treatment For Limited Movement In Arm In A Diabetic Patient

hello.I am a 35yr white female with Type 1 diabetes . 170lbs 5'3"with extreeeeeeem left neck, shoulder, shoulder blade, inside arm to elbow that will lock up while only laying down. Please help!I have been to Physio, MRI, X-rays, Chiropratctor, and 2 Dr's. 1 Cortisone, pills and nothing works, and no one has answers. This has been going on for a year and a bit now. I have very limited movement in this arm. Eg. I can no longer do up a bra because my arm will no longer reach past my side and up wards. I can not put my hair up in a pony tail and I can not put left hand on hip due to lack of movement. Pleas help as I have many sleepless nights in pain and I am really starting to feel crazy!
