Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Leg Pain

Hi, I am a 41 yr old male who herniated the L5/S1 (right sided) indenting the thecal sac back in 1987. Doctors also determined Bertolotti's Syndrome with elongated right side transverse process as well as left sided partial lumbarization @ S1. In 1990 was diagnosed with central disc protrusion @ L4/5. Had non-united transverse process trimmed down in 1990. Fusion was suggested but given age, excision considered next best option. Chronic pain, sciatica etc since 1987. Bowel/bladder incontinence as well as ED issues started surfacing in 2001 and confirmed in 2005/6. Multilevel DDD diagnosed in 06 and CPS in 2008. Since June or so 2009, painful lower intestinal, lower abs, painful testicals, ejaculations, sporadic internal tailbone pain and ofcourse, bilateral leg pain both acute and chronic with involvement of bilateral hips as well. Signifcant sensory loss to touch/pinprick (60%+) etc from mid/low back down bilaterally as well. No decomp surgery yet nor fusions but am getting worried about expanding area of pain and symptoms. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!
