Suggest Treatment For Lower And Upper Back Pain

I have been suffering from lower and upper back pain on resting (so bad no painkillers give me any rest) pain in my shoulder,elbow and sometime heel, this has been going on for about 3months now,, had bloods taken at doctors ERS is 35 CPR 9 waiting for my last bloods coming back ,i now have a cough which also comes at night,
