Suggest Treatment For Lump In Throat With Head And Ear Pain

Iam 31, I have a lump in the troat feeling, occassional ear ache, occassional headache, sometimes a tight chest, cough its lasted me around six weeks now, I dont know whats causing this, I havent visited a clinic or ENT as yet but would be happy to to hear some views..
