Suggest Treatment For Meniscus Tear

sir, i am sunil girdhar, from Panipat (haryana). My wife has problem in her knees. She has been diagnosed problem in manicus tear and doctor has advised to go for a surgery. I am keen to know that is it successful and should we go for it and also want to consult Dr. Mukesh Jain in Muzaffarnagar whose name is realliy shining like any thing.
