Suggest Treatment For Multiple Ailments

hi i havent been feelng myself since i got super sick which was 1 1/2 month ago ive been haveing really bad headaches almost everyday, throwing up, pain in my legs and arms, feeling super tired sometimes its hard for me to get up, and i get little sharp pains in my throat. i went to a docter in mexico and they told me i had the flu and then i went again and i had a swollen glan but i still feel the same sometimes worst does anybody know whats wrong?
