Suggest Treatment For Nail Discoloration And Vomiting In Athletes Of AAS Cycle?

hello, i am 21 years old and a collegiate athlete. i am currently on an AAS cycle consisting of 1200 mg testosterone enathate, 800 mg nandrolone decanoate, 500mg trenbolone acetate, 10 iu's daily gh, oxymethalone, and insulin. also am taking 80 mg day tamoxifen citrate, 5mg armidex and 150 mg proviron daily. i have been on a continuous cycle for 2 years and i am starting to have nail discolouration and i have begun to vomit in the middle of the night for the past 3 weeks, what should i do?
