Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Ear Pain

hi, I have been feeling nauseous, it started over the weekend. It goes away but comes back and is worse after I eat or sometimes when I think about eating. Also I am very tired, the inside of my right ear hurts when I open my mouth, and my throat is slightly irritated, I checked in the mirror for white spots, I do not see any. What are some possible reasons for these symptoms?
