Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Pain In The Arm And Breast

left arm pain and numbness, tightness under left breast. have copd, last episode of bronchitis was a week and a half ago cough was severe and it felt like i have broken my ribs. now i have aches all over almost like if i had the flu, but no flu symtoms. I have had cardiac cath 1yr ago no blockage. take asprin daily, hbp under control. chest pain not new, on and off for the last 3 years. also diagnose with rhumat arthritis.
