Suggest Treatment For Orthostatic Hypotension

Good morning, a few years ago, I was diagnosed with missing the hormone that balances the oxygen to my brain and my blood pressure. I have very, very low blood pressure...normal is 83/64.
I have also been diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension. Doctors in the past have said that I have a chemical imbalance in my brain. I've been Paxil which helps a little for that and my panioc/anxiety attacks. If I don't take the Paxil, it throws my "brain" all off. I get very dizzy, it also feels like I'm given electric shocks to my brain, palms of my hands and bottoms of my feet. It's a absolutely horrible feeling. I was wondering if you could recommend a different medication that may help with this problem. I apologize for all the questions.
