Suggest Treatment For Osteochondroma

I am 21 years i am 5'11 my weight is 255 lbs... diabetes i in my family history as is high cholesterol, i recently took a blood test and everything is normal, i do not have high blood pressure, although i do know i am overweight, when i was younger i had a surgery on my nose because i got assaulted and it was broken and i could breathe right, i also had a surgery on my right inner knee i was diagnosed with ostiochondroma
