Suggest Treatment For Over Grown Skull Bone In Right Ear

I have an over grown bone I can feel under my right ear. I was told it was one of the skull bones of the base of my spine and skull that wings out. Usually you cannot feel the bone and it happens while still in the womb as the fetus is developing. It was picked up on a cat scan 3-4 years ago although I have felt it over 10 years now. In the last 3-4 years my right ear has slowly but progressively lost hearing. I hear a constant low buzz and if I plug my left ear I cannot hear the same sounds I can if I plug my right ear, it is much quieter. The area around the bone under my ear and neck ache, more so at night. I was told the bone is healthy as long as it is not causing problems. For the past 3-4 years I also have suffered from episodes of leg weakness. I was checked for MS and Lupus because of the severity of these episodes. I also have been tested for autoimmune diseases. I think this bone is the cause for everything, pinching nerves. I have researched bone diseases and was wondering if an overgrown bone could in fact cause these problems?
