Suggest Treatment For Pain Around Navel After Pulling Heavy Object
Dr.,I am a 49 yo M 5" 7" 155 lbs with a pain 1" above my naval. I did pull a heavy object about 8 hrs earlier, felt nothing. Woke during the night with the pain. Felt like a sore muscle at first, now hurts when pushed on , taking deep breath, tightening stomach muscle or rolling over.
