Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ankle After Fall

I fell about 14 weeks ago, and injured my right ankle, which is still giving me a lot of pain, i've tried strapping it up, but I seem to have an allergy to the strapping, and when I use it my ankle swells up even more and I get a hot itchy rash,anything else I can try?
