Suggest Treatment For Pain In Both Sides Of Groin

Four days ago I started having groin pain and tenderness on both sides. The next day I had flu like symptons, slight fever, chills, body soreness. I had no cough, vommiting or diarehia. It does not hurt to pee and bowel movements have been normal. I feel a lump that is raised on both sides too. The lumps change in size, not very big, and firmness. The lumps I assume are the lymph nodes. The pain is still there today but has weakened over the past few days and is still sore. For the last 10 years or so I have battled a dry skin issue on my testicles that causes cuts and sores. It itches, more at night. Excema runs in my family. I am an athelete and play professional golf. I am mostly concerned with the groin pain. What does this sound like?
