I am 51 years old, in menopause now for 3 years. Yesterday my left breast nipple (mostly just the tip) has huge stinging, sharp pains when pushed against. My whole breast surrounding it feels painful because of the sharp pain emitted from the nipple, but when I actually touch around the outer part of the breast, that isn't really where the pain is coming from. It's mostly just the nipple tip and maybe 1/2 inch out from it. I have silicon implants now for a very many years, capsulated, and I had a mammogram last march, they are not able to break because the scar tissue is really holding them together, which I guess is good. So I've never had this tender area filled with sharp, stinging pain when I move some, but mostly when it's pressed against, like with a bra or tight something.
