Suggest Treatment For Pain In Elbow And Numbness In Fingers

Dear Doctor, I am 37 yr old male working for a telecom company, Since more than a month i am facing pain at elbow, arm & middle shoulder(all right hand side). initially i thought it might be some sprain & applied moov balm but all in vain, now the pain at elbow & arm is hooting and very frequently my fingers and palm are getting nmb(or JOOM whatever)....pls tell me what shud i do?....
