hi i am nidhi 28 years old married. two years ago i have gone through hip joint replacement. my joint was deformed because of sickle cell diesease(ss pattern). from 15 days my another hip joint is paining , i am anable to walk properly. please suggest what can i do to get my hip joint better. or avoid hip relacement.
