Suggest Treatment For Pain In Legs And Ankles

My mother is 77 y/o and her legs have started aching, not horrible pain but terrible ache, states cold and heels hurt. She has hx of Lt knee surgery in which she had a clot go to her lung in 2006, low blood prressure, on cholesterol med and BP med, hx of stroke and at times her heart flutters, she just has some dizziness issues with her stroke nothing drastic. Could this be serious like claudication ? Prob nothing but know that sometimes with leg aching for a while could be serious issue.
