Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Ileac Fossa After Undergoing Hysterectomy

Intermittent pain in the right ileac fossa since last 12 years. All sorts of investigations were carried out and doctors suggested endometriosis. Usual pain killers did not help fully. three weeks ago, patient underwent total hysterectomy. he pain was relieved for about 2 weeks after the operation , but reappeared in the right ileac fossa , not well responding to usual pain killers. One important point is histopathological report of the post operated viscera reported Tuberculous infection , so patient has been put on anti kochs treatment since last 10 days , but the pain still persists.

please help us with the necesry mnagement of pain as the patient is very much apprehensive right now concerning her pain.
