Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Side Of Head And Numbness In Head

yesterday morning i felt achoking pain in my right side of head ,after afew minutes the pain subsided,then i had painin my neckwith nubness in the neck,offand on it continued for the whole day ,but now the pain is in the back of the shoulder stuck to onespot,itook two advil and used pain releiveing spray what is happening ,should i see a doctor
