Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder And Back

I have a problem with my left shoulder muscles from the back, I have sever pain there and it extend to the whole left side from the back , from my neck till the muscles of my foot, I have suffered from this since 10 years, I have visited a neurologist earlier, and he said there is no problem, but the pain is sever and I can't sleep some nights or use my left shoulder to carry bags or even my arm to carry or pull something or I won't sleep all night. I used some muscle relaxants, as tablets or gels, but no use. can you help me? I forgot to tell you that I'm a 34 years old female. Regards,
