Suggest Treatment For Pain In Whole Spine

I m suffering from pain in whole of spine affecting C 345678 and D 10, 11,12 and L 345 and S1 according to the MRI report. Doctor priscribed me Zepiz 0.25mg and Duzela 20 mg which are anti-depressant and anti-epileptic. I m at a loss to understand why doctors in general prescribe these medicines for spine problems, whereas I m not a psycho. Kindly advice, is there no medicine other than the Pregabalin to alliviate my problem without treating me as psycho.
