Suggest Treatment For Painful Menstruation With PCOS

hi, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries 8 yrs ago, and I have recently been diagnosed with uterine fibroids, I started having pain in my groin area on both sides just above the tops of my legs roughly about 4 yrs ago, just before, during and after my periods, My periods then became more painful and heavy, for the last year this has got worse and the pain has become more severe not just in my groin area but right across my lower abdomen, and my back and I get shooting pains through my rectum and my vagina, I have pain everyday now, some days are worse than others, I have discussed it with my gp and he prescribed me co-codamol for the pain and mefenamic acid to take during my period and diclofenac for the inflammation, I am so frustrated and I feel constantly depressed, is there anything else I can do to help me have a normal daily life?
