I am 25 years old, 5’3” and 176lbs. I have had one cesarean birth and no other major surgeries or health issues. Since long before I ever became sexually active I’ve been developing hard lumps underneath the skin of my labia majora. They are not particularly visible to the eye but are easy to feel just underneath the skin. I only ever have one to two at a time but they are almost always around the size of a dime or nickel and there are no significant contributing factors such as the onset of my period or a change in eating habits. The lumps are painless but usually last for weeks, often months on end. If I puncture them they leak an odorless mixture of clear to yellowish watery fluid and very minimal blood. They never leak or drain on their own, only when punctured and squeezed. They never develop a “head” or change colors, and I have never gotten one anywhere else on my body. They don’t interfere with daily functions or sexual activity but are certainly embarrassing. I can’t remember the last time I haven’t had at least one at any given time.
