Suggest Treatment For Parkinson's Disease

Hello Doctor,
            I m Ayesha, my mother is suffering from Parkinsons disease, with in a short period of time like 10 months she has become fully dependent on us for everything completely bedridden and her speech also become very difficult to understand.  She was a very active person before, that is the reason she is always depressed.
       Now is she in Hubli getting her treatment from a Belgaum doctor. I want to know what treatment is there for her now on this stage, I would like to see you as soon as possible along with her. she is already in to much pain and depression.
