Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain In Case Of Bacterial Vaginosis

i started out with a sinus infection taking antibioics, which gave me a yeast infection. then the following week i started having pelvic pain went to Urgent Care and they diagnosed me with a bladder infection and found ecoli in my urine. the next day i went to the OB because the pelvic pain was severe. my OB did a pelvic exam and said i have a yeast infection. Gave me vaginal cream, and a pill you take once and then take on more the following week. i started that as well as the 5 days of cipro for the bladder infection. i ended up in the ER 4 days later with very bad pelvic pain. they did a pelvic ultrasound and a swab to test the yeast. they said i have a bacterial vaginosis, and a bladder infection, and a cyst on my right ovarie. Gave me some pain meds a shot of antibiotics, and two different antibiotics. after 7 days of medicine the pain still wasnt gone and was moving up my stomach on my left side. my regular dr did a abdomin ultra sound and blood work and cant find anything. this is going on 3 weeks now and i m neauseous, having hot sweats, getting the shakes, fatigue, pelvic pain, stomach pain, dizziness....
