General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Ask a doctor services. I have read your query.

Persistent black spots on the skin is commonly due to excess melanin production. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Avocado pulp, turmeric paste are effective to some extent. Take anti-oxidant rich food, take vitamin & mineral supplements. Vitamin C also helps to reduce melanin production.

You can use skin lightening creams but they come with the risk of thinning of the skin, allergic reactions, skin cancer due to exposure to the sun, etc.

You can consult your dermatologist & try Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Cryotherapy or laser treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Take care.
Regards,
Dr Nupur K
