Suggest Treatment For Pilonidal Cyst

my doctor said i m having pilonidal cyst/ there is a boil like structure and i m on antibiotic. yesterday a layer of skin got peeled of and today pus started to come out little by little. should i try to remove all the pus by applying pressure to certain amount and the pain till which my body can bear?
