Suggest Treatment For Pimples Appearing On The Penis

Hi, I have a cluster of pimple-like spots at the base of my penis which are concerning me a bit. Looking at various websites on the internet, I think they are clogged hair follicles, but I have had them for as long as I can remember, since puberty I think (I'm 16). I don't really want to go to the doctors because it's embarrassing and I don't really want to show the doctor even though they are professionals etc. Are there any treatments I can use without going to the doctors? And will they ever go away? Thank you.
