Long term steroids application has a lot of side effects like pimples, hair growth, infections, etc. Stop using skinlite cream immediately For your pimples, start with a topical clindamycin/adapalene gel. Also, if your pimples are severe you may need to take oral antibiotics like azithromycin/doxycycline or minocycline which a doctor can prescribe after examining you. Use sensitive cleanser like cetaphil. Avoid pricking and touching your pimples.
