Hello

Skinlite cream contains steroid in it and it should not be continued without a doctor's monitoring. Long term steroids application has a lot of side effects like pimples, hair growth, infections, etc. Stop using skinlite cream immediately

For your pimples, start with a topical clindamycin/adapalene gel. Also, if your pimples are severe you may need to take oral antibiotics like azithromycin/doxycycline or minocycline which a doctor can prescribe after examining you. Use sensitive cleanser like cetaphil. Avoid pricking and touching your pimples.

For your dark skin, you can use a kojic acid/arbutin based preparation or opt for chemical peels treatment at a dermatologist's clinic

Hope this helps
