I am a female of 23 yrs old. Am having pimples since the past 8 months on my shoulder, scalp, chest, which are swollen, painful with pus. Recently some have appeared on my neck and labia majora. I'd like to know what could be the cause of these pustules, and what treatment would be most appropriate. Thank you.
