Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Menstrual Cycle

Hi, actually my fiancee is having periodical problems i had see the all professors and gynecologist but still she is not feeling well she is having menstruation since 1 year, doctor suggest the medicine after a while she collapse again, i am very upset about it kindly suggest me best advise, i have the all lab tests and ultrasound test please help me out this problem.
