Suggest Treatment For Pus In Tonsil Crypts

Good evening. I have what is definitely some foul-smelling pus in one of my tonsil crypts. I can express it by pushing into it,and get a small amount out each time. After this, I gargle with peroxide, salt, and water, and am on an antibiotic. The crypt was infected for a couple of months - I thought it was a stone - is there anything else I should be doing? Thank you.
