Suggest Treatment For Red Dots Under Skin On Scrotum

I notice 2 very tiny red/black looking dots underneath the skin on the right side of my scrotum...it seems to look like blood clots.... they do not protrude out of the skin or hurt at all

If I apply pressure to them they get lighter color and fill back up with blood, have had this for about a year now
