Suggest Treatment For Red Little Bumps On Body

I have little red bumps ALL over my face. They appeared Thursday night, starting only about 30 little bumps per cheek. They started off really close together. Now they have spread to my nose, surrounding my eye (on eyelid), eyebrows, forehead, chin, EVERYWHERE! Some look like there is a whitehead on the top, but not all bumps feel like acne, but some seem like they could be. What is wrong with my face?
