I am a 64yr old woman, around 5'5" tall and weigh about 12st. Early 2010 I was diagnosed with panniculitis in my lower left leg, I didn't have a biopsy, they thought it may cause an ulcer. However for over 15 months now, I am losing body fat and getting very wrinkly noticeably on my face, and all over my body but particularly to the RH side, including my feet. I am stinging and burning all the time and feeling particularly unwell. I have had a full blood count done which seemed to be OK when it was done. Also I have just been told that I have chronic renal failure, which is new to me, I have never had this before. Therefore I am having no treatment, but the fat is disappearing, my rings swing round but as the tests are OK I am having no treatment. Last year I was on 20mg/day of Prednisolone for 2 weeks, Fucibet on an off for a while, Oloncon cream for 2 weeks and it was after these medications that I first noticed and felt all this pain.



Please advise me. I am feeling poorly.
