Suggest Treatment For Shoulder, knee, hip, and Feet Pain

I gave birth in December and have had increased shoulder, knee, hip, and feet pain. I saw an orthopedic about my shoulders and was told that I have increased laxity and likely due to the hormone during pregnancy that relaxes ligaments for delivery. I have not had by other joints checked out for the same problem and am wondering if this could be the issue? I do have PFS in both knees, spurring in both hips, and have had bilateral bunionectomy. Just wanting to know if it's likely the same issue which is generally treated with PT or if I should be concerned this generalized pain is something else?
