Suggest Treatment For Sinus And Symptoms Of Tightness In Chest And Back Pain

I have been diagnosed with a sinus infection. Symptoms began 9 days ago. I have taken 2 days of the Z pack. I have been experiencing chest pressure/tightness & upper back pain for the past 4 days. Is there something more I shoudl be doing or do I need to go back to the doctor to evaluate my lung status?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the chest pressure, and upper back pain, may be due to the congestion of the chest with the phlegm. It also may be due to the gastric irritation.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, ranitidine, and paracetamol.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
