Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

my 28 year old son has had a a sinus infection for approximately 4 months. Antibiotics, antibacterial, steriods for many rounds. Prior to having surgery 2 weeks ago to correct his deviated septum and clean out sinus, he had a CAT scan that showed either a salvary tumor or a misplaced infected node. In the meantime the sinus infection has returned, he is back on all meds for about the 3rd or 4th time. Other doctors want to wait until the infection is clear before either a biopsy or another CAT scan is done. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY THOUGHTS YOU HAVE...COULD THE TUMOR/NODE ALL JUST BE PART OF HIS ONGOING SINUS INFECTION. THANK YOU
