Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Runny Nose

Fairly certain I have a sinus infection. Stuffy, runny, mucus, etc. Throat sore, neck glands a little swollen, had a bit of a fever for a day or two couple days back and if I am saying this correctly I can kind of "feel" the passage between my ear and throat if that makes any sense. I have been gargling with salt water and taking some Robitussin and Advil. Anything else I might try? This isn't debilitating but I'm nowhere near 100%.
