Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Pain In Big Toe Nail After Injury

3 weeks ago my daughter stepped on my big toe. I thought it was previously sore from me cutting my cuticle too close, but after she stepped on it it became extremely sore. The day after a small lump has formed in the crease of the nail and toe. It is half white/ half red. It is very, very tender. I have soaked it, tried antibiotic creams, tried not wearing shoes, but it is not going away. My toe does throb some and sometimes I feel a pain as if something is under my nail. My nail looks fine though and there is no discoloring.
