Suggest Treatment For Spondylolisthesis Of L5/S1 And Neurological Symptoms

Hello, I am looking for a doctor to further advise me about my diagnosis of spondylolisthesis of the L5/S1. I was diagnosed with it in 2011 after about 2 years of terrible back/hip pain and numbness in my toes. I started experiencing neurological symptoms after a few months and at that point my physical therapist told me I should see a neurologist. So I have previously done physical therapy (which helped greatly), been to orthopedists, an orthopedic surgeon, a neurologist, etc. Now, it is about a year and a half after all of that, I need to do my MRIs again and just check in with a doctor on the progress. Should I go to a neurologist? Orthopedist? I am confused as to which one should be advising me, referring me to physical therapy if necessary, treating me, etc.?
