Lately, i've been questioning the diagnosis my dermatologist gave me [atopic dermatitis]. considering that my skin is red and swollen all the time. and within 2 weeks my 'eczema' started to spread from the inner fold of my elbows, to all around my arms, my neck, my face, my collar bone, down my cest, around my back, going all the way down until it hits mid-tigh, and it stayed like an angry red for a long time. and recently i went to hawai'i for a week. the red blotches that would be exposed to the sun, would refuse to tan. infact, it would almost turn paler than the typical red, swollen state they would come off as. while my healthier skin i have so little of now continued to tan.

also, whenever i scratch a line, or a couple of lines on these already 'red areas', my skin shows white streaks after several seconds. i thought hitamines[sp?] were supposed to make my skin red... not white.
